Silver
Includes: logo displayed on ELMI 2022 web pages and the conference booklet (PDF).

Gold
Includes: silver perks + priority display (logo will be larger and shown first) + having the logo displayed on the ELMI 2022 video medley.
2 000 €
Platinum
Includes: gold perks + post-event contact list of delegates (those who have given permission) + a 30 s promotional video included in the ELMI 2022 video medley.
4 000 €
Note:
- The video medley is a presentation that will be looped in the main conference hall, and online, before the sessions and during the breaks.
- These sponsorship packages do not require physical participation in the meeting and can be purchased on their own. (The packages do not include conference registration or catering.)
Sponsor talks
Companies can give short 5 minute talks during the main conference sessions, to showcase their products and services (6 slots available, see details in the booking form). The company can also bring e.g. a rollup to display on the stage during their talk.
5 min sponsor talk, 1 000 €
- 6 slots available (3 x Wednesday afternoon, 3 x Thursday afternoon, booked on first come first served basis, specific times to be confirmed)
- Company presenters need to also register to the conference – the sponsor talk price does not include conference registration or catering.
- Sponsor talks are subject to approval by the organizing committee

In addition to the sponsorship options listed above, ELMI 2022 has several other sponsorship opportunities available, outlined below, allowing companies to increase their exposure and presence at the meeting. Note that these options do not include conference registration, nor is it required.

VAT: Please note that the exhibition/sponsorship fees are invoiced by Aboa Congress and Event Services (VAT FI28050288) on behalf of the local organizer, the University of Turku (VAT FI02458963) whose scientific congresses are exempted from VAT.
